Bresslergroup is excited to team up with Comcast, Arrow, Microchip, ST, Cypress and NXP for an evening that will be packed with Internet of Things presentations and demos during Philly Tech Week 2017! Join us to soak up the knowledge (and, of course, the excellent beer).
Bresslergroup’s Senior Director of Electrical Engineering, Todd Zielinski, will give a brief take on the M2M communication landscape, with considerations and criteria for product developers looking to choose the best one for their IoT needs. (Although the competition between the technologies could turn into a Betamax versus VHS battle of the 21st century for IoT devices, it’s more likely that different formats will appeal to different business models.)
There will also be presentations from Bill Ver Steeg, Chief Architect of MachineQ, Comcast's new IoT network based on the LoRaWAN standard; and Brian Busacco, IoT Manager at Arrow North America— the world’s largest electronics distributor — on the state of IoT.
After the presentations, stick around to network, nosh, and check out demonstrations by major embedded electronics platform providers, including Microchip, ST, Cypress and NXP, set up around Bresslergroup’s studio.
